

Sweet potato and lentil stew
This is my favourite meal to prepare ahead and take to work and heat up in the microwave for lunch. It is packed with nutrients and is incredibly satisfying, keeping me full and focused throughout the afternoon. What's more, it's so easy to make I have no excuse for not eating healthily during the day. I love reading, but I don't always have time to immerse myself in as many books as I'd like. I Let You Go by Clare Mackintosh A compelling story that was very hard to put down. I was hooked immediately and was desperate to unravel the truth behind the main plot.
